What is the NCTIES cancellation policy if I cannot attend after I’ve registered?
NCTIES offers flexibility up to the cancellation deadline. After the deadline, no refunds are issued under any circumstances (including illness, travel delays, acts of God, terrorism, or duplicate registrations). Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
